Who We Are

Established in 1918, The Barnstable County Bar Association (BCBA) is a not-for-profit Massachusetts corporation whose members are Licensed Attorneys in Good Standing of the Massachusetts Bar.

Our members’ areas of practice include, but are not limited to, criminal defense, civil litigation, probate law and estate planning, family law, guardianships, conservatorships, business and contract law, and real estate.

The BCBA is established for the purpose of and committed to the encouragement of professional and cordial fellowship among Members in the legal profession of Barnstable County, and the Community, to promote and uphold the highest standards of legal education and professional excellence, and to facilitate the administration of justice and respect for the law.
